Pricing

Quad Five reserves the right to change prices without notice. Volume discounts are available for most products. There is a minimum order charge of $35.00 and a minimum handling fee of $5.00 per box, based on box size.

Terms

Terms are net 30 days from invoice date for established accounts. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.

Discounts

Volume discounts are available for most products and standing purchase orders.

Shipping

In the United States, perishable and frozen products are shipped Monday through Thursday to avoid weekend deliveries. Our standard shipping method is FedEx Overnight or UPS Next Day Air. For bulk sera shipments, freezer truck delivery will be arranged.

For international customers, we generally ship on Thursday or Friday, so the blood products will travel over the weekend and be available for clearance on Monday.  These products are shipped by the fastest means available, usually FedEx International Priority or UPS Worldwide Express.

Shipping and handling charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice.

Limited Warranty

Quad Five warrants that its products are as described in Quad Five literature. In the event that a product is defective, Quad Five will replace, refund or credit purchase price amount if the product is determined to have been defective at the time of shipment. Quad Five shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or contingent damages.

Note: Requests for returns, replacement or credit must be received within 10 days after the shipment. Returns are subject to a 25% handling and restocking charge.
